Invigorating the way people learn, think, and solve problems-together.

Guiding Principles

Erika Wahlstrom, MSOD

Erika set out to help people navigate change in a way that feels real, tangible, and aligned with their values. Early in her career, she found herself drawn to the human side of organizational life—how people respond to change, how they make decisions together, and how systems can influence behavior. Over the last 15 years, Erika has worked to bring together the best of behavioral science, design thinking, and participatory approaches to support purpose-driven change. Her work has spanned sectors and continents, from large-scale change initiatives to projects focused on leadership development, strategy, and social change.

Before founding Rippl, Erika was part of a national initiative to bring mental health conversations into the workplace. Well before it was mainstream. She helped build award-winning cultures and organizational capability that impacted hundreds of organizations.

Now, through Rippl, Erika coaches, facilitates, and consults with groups facing complex challenges. She serves as a trusted partner to organizations looking to do change differently—intentionally and collaboratively through learning, listening and working toward something better, together. She holds a Master of Science in Organization Development from Pepperdine—the world’s premiere organization development program.
